If you find yourself surrounded by toxic people. Wether it be family or friends, there is a way of lovingly detaching from them. It can be one of the hardest things to ever do, but at times it’s the best way to care for yourself.

Happy Tuesday to one and all. The days are getting more and more beautiful outside. Try to get outdoors if you can. It’s a great way to clear your mind, while breathing the fresh air and taking in the beautiful scenery.
