Prayers for Kim and Pip August 24, 2013

Good evening everyone.  Picture from the Facebook Page of Baby Harp Seals.
Prayer begins now;
Goodnight everyone. The weekend has arrived. Enjoy it and make each moment count. … No matter how many times I hear stories, I am forever shocked by the total disregard for life, that is happening all over the globe. We should be able to feel safe in this life. We should be able to drop our children off at school, knowing they will return home safely. We should be able to take a walk by ourselves outside. Sadly, we are not living in that kind of world anymore. Currently, the highest forms of precautions NEED to be taken. I used to think that darkness was the breeding ground for crime, but many violent crimes take place during the early morning hours, in broad daylight.
There seems to be a void of empathy and compassion, a desensitization to loss of life, even amongst our youth. It’s so important to teach our children to care for others. We are caught up in a world,  where social and academic achievements, are most paramount on a parents list. Although we all want our children to excel and be happy , MOST important,  is to teach them tolerance. We MUST teach them NEVER to bully another, NEVER to mistreat a special needs or disabled child , and NEVER to judge someone by skin color, religion, gender or financial status. Reward your children for acts of kindness and generosity of heart. Reward them for their fairness and gentleness.
Let your child know what others struggle with. Let them know that there are children that go without. Teach them to care. Teach them how to feel for others, as well as themselves. We NEED to make a change.
Prayers going out tonight for our friend, Kim and her  boy, “Pip”. This little angel already suffers from an ongoing medical condition, which he takes medication for. There is a new health problem. They are awaiting news on the severity of it. God bless Pip and Kim. You are not alone, Kim. God is always with you. We’re sending you and precious Pip, our love. Dear God please keep Pip safe and healthy. Please spare this little boy any pain. Keep him well.
No lives will go in vain. No pain will go unnoticed. Amen.

Good morning. Sammy is letting Patrick know it’s a beautiful world. Patrick is timid as to what’s out there. Sammy is assuring him that whatever struggles he may encounter, his big brother has his back. What can i say, ” Brotherly Love ” I guess.

Happy Saturday.

Good morning. This is me and my boy Patrick doing some bonding here.

Okay, I have a couple of things to point out. Yes, I know I am extremely handsome. I also know the fact that I would say that means I am very insecure. However admitting my insecurity also exemplifies confidence.

So here is the math; Handsome + Insecure + Confidence = A Triangular Paradox.
