Good morning friends. Dr. Harp Seal here.

Let’s turn Monday into an acronym so it’s not so scary.  Here we go; “Magical Opportunities Nourish Diligently, abundantly and Yearningly”  — It’s hard not to smile when you hear the word “Magical” right?

Magic reminds me of the word “Imagination.

Albert Einstein said; “Logic will take you from point A, to point B. Imagination will take you everywhere”

I love that. Imagination has more science in it than we think.  When we are imagining, we are creating thoughts. And we know that we are what we think.

So let’s imagine a great Monday and ramp up the odds of actually having a great day.  After all, we are what we think just as much as we are what we eat.
