Philip Capolongo Racketeering through Chase and TD Bank

The Coronavirus Criminal, Philip Capolongo of Fortius Holdings out of NYC

This article is an actual email that has been seen by all the big commercial banks and of much of the lending community. Now, I want the public at large to be aware of lifelong criminal, Philip Capolongo of Fortius Holdings. He currently resides in Farmingdale, New York. – He’s been financially defrauding and mauling people with his forged bank letters for over 40 years now and right through the Coronavirus.

My name is Scott Smith from Miami, Florida. Both my mother, Jo Ann Smith and I write to you today. My sister is CC’ed as well. Philip Capolongo, (pictured above) of Fortius Holdings out of NYC is 100% a fraud. I will leave my contact information at the bottom of this article if you want to reach me.

Philip Capolongo steals bank letter-head images and then writes himself letters as if it were the bank. Then he markets those letters to entice investors to invest. Fortius Holdings doesn’t actually have any real businesses. All deposits coming into his bank accounts are from people he’s defrauding by selling assets that he does Not own and collateralizing loans with transactions and proceeds that don’t even exist.

Capolongo has been doing this to people for over 40 years. He’s is 67 years old now.

Fortius Holdings and Capolongo are actively defrauding people right through the Coronavirus in 2021; widows, divorcees, college students, retirees and single mother bartenders. I’m in touch with at least 10 of them.

He currently uses Chase Bank and TD Bank to facilitate racketeering, bank and wire fraud. Capolongo has embezzled people out of $40+ Million since 1998. The most recent update is that Capolongo is now forging Bank Of America letters that also involve false transactions that don’t even exist.

There are 7 judgments against him in the Supreme Court alone. Plus he was convicted of tax fraud in 1998 and did jail time. I am also in touch with dozens of his victims dated back as far as 1991. I CAN and WILL connect you with them on a moment’s notice.

Philip Capolongo forged this TD Bank Letter on December 11th, 2019. He wrote himself.

My family and I were Capolongo’s latest victims of false promises and guarantees right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. He defrauded us of our last $20K in December of 2019. It was supposed to be a 2 week bridge loan. Now, I am borrowing money from friends to put food on the table for my mother and my 6 dogs. We’re penniless during the world’s darkest hours with no opportunities for work. Philip is still actively raising money from people with ZERO intention of paying it back. I have hundreds of emails and texts between him and myself since mid December 2019. – I also have his Chase Bank statements which he gave to me.

Capolongo’s main strategy is to tell people he needs a quick $15K to $20K for closing costs on a TD Bank equity transaction and Massive Currency Swap transaction in the Iraqi Dinar between Chase bank, BOA, Wells Fargo and HSBC. – Attached are 4 TD Bank Fraud letters that he wrote himself (Major Crime). Then he’ll tell you the bridge loan is backed up by his family trust (which he doesn’t have) and he’ll offer you a huge position for the currency swap and equity transaction, both of which DON’T even exist.

have the below list attached, and you’ll see several source links at the bottom of the email as well.

  • The Current Chase Account
  • Four Forged TD Bank Letters
  • Currency Fraud Statements

I will testify to everything I’ve said in this email under the penalties of perjury. Philip Capolongo is 100% a fraud. He’s a danger to society. If his bank accounts are not frozen, and he’s not locked up in prison, he will NEVER STOP defrauding people. Philip Capolongo is a lifelong career criminal. He’s stage 4 cancer to society.

The appropriate authorities have already been informed. But YOU, the BANKS and other Lenders need to make sure all businesses and consumers in your circles are aware of the charlatan, Philip Capolongo. I have copied Philip on this email so you know how to look out for him. Here’s his cell phone also: 646 346 9754.
